The Nueces Lake Ranch & Resort

The Nueces Lake Ranch & Resort property was listed for sale for over a year. During that period of time there was one showing with no offers. The owner wanted certainty. He was not interested in spending another year or two attempting to sell this unique property. It was his objective to move forward with his personal and business plans. The maintenance expense and responsibilty of this ranch property was not in his future.

Ranchline provided the vehicle to allow him to meet his goal of moving on with his business and personal life. Through the Accelerated Marketing Division of Ranchline, we were able to draw the line and confidently state that on 24 March 2007, there was going to be a new owner of the Nueces Lake Ranch & Resort.

Ranchline conducted their intense 45 day marketing efforts through the Auction Marketing Campaign. Those efforts resulted in over 100 inquiries. The auction was held at the ranch with 100 plus attendees. Fourteen registered bidders paid cash and were prepared to bid, with five bidders paying $100,000 to bid and nine bidders paying from $10,000-50,000 to bid on individual tracts.  Auction day was very exciting and resulted in a sale in 37 minutes.  As part of the Ranchline Accelerated Marketing Plan, the title company was on site and we closed that day for almost $ 4,000,000.
