- Basic terms are 20 percent down at 8 percent interest rate for ninety days.
- It is a single pay note with no monthly payments required.
- The Lender has agreed to waive the appraisal requirement and will accept the total auction price as market value.
- Existing survey and title commitment will be approved as satisfactory with no requirement for update.
- All loan fees will be waived except a one half percent loan origination fee and $750 document preparation.
- There will be no other fees required.
